Fully furnished, fenced in house located in a safe neighborhood with parking lot/garage area that fits up to 4 cars. Amenities include a pool table, Domino table, a barbecue grill, and a washer/dryer. A/C is available ONLY in the bedrooms. The house is situated near beautiful beaches, and it takes about 3 minutes to get to the nearest one, EL COMBATE. Activities such as water skiing, jet skis, paddle boarding, banana boat, and much more can be done within minutes from the house and while you spend all day on the beach you can enjoy food from local restaurants and bars. This family beach house is great for having a relaxing time in the Puerto Rican coast.
