We have been to the Rochester area many times as my son is a 3rd year at RIT. We have only stayed at hotels - up until now- this was my first Airbnb stay and Jennifer has set such high standards for every place hereafter! Her home is clean, comfortable, inviting and beautifully decorated. As a host, she is kind, helpful and quickly responds to messages. Jennifer thought of everything: quick meals and snacks in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, a welcome book, a menu binder, coffee/tea… just to name a few. Thank you Jennifer for allowing us to use your home! We had such a wonderful time!

Very neat and clean home. Very nice layout of the rooms with plenty of space. The fenced in yard was a plus for us since we were traveling with a labrador retriever. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to shopping and restaurants. We're looking forward to our next visit when in the Rochester area.

The home was described accurately and felt comfy and cozy! I loved how close it was to the lake and how peaceful the neighborhood was. The home was very clean and well stocked with amenities.

The house had so many little perk! Jennifer thought of all the little details which made it feel like a home! Not only was the kitchen stocked with the important necessities, so was the bathroom! Jennifer also left great information for things to do and places to eat. It was the perfect house for a weekend getaway!
