A lovely room with a huge fantastic bathroom, on a farm that feels secluded, even though it's a short drive to I-87.

Nice spot for what we needed (good location near Ausable Chasm). Bathroom is gorgeous—but don’t know if it was just the timing of when we were there or what, but there were flies everywhere in the bathroom, especially on the ceiling above the jacuzzi. I thought I could bypass the bugs for the bath, but found two dead flies in the jacuzzi and the rest eventually started flying down toward me when I turned on the water. Everything else was fine.

Everything was just as expected. We were happily greeted by one of the dogs at the farm. the key was easy to find in the lock box and the room is exactly like the pictures. everything was clean and organized. the bathroom was a sight to behold. very spacious and beautiful vaulted ceilings. We had a good night's rest and said hello to the horse and Donkey got the stable right next to the door in the morning. a very good stay and highly recommend!

Amazing stay! The bathroom is absolutely beautiful, as well is the rest of the property! The Hosts are all extremely friendly and accommodating as well! Would definitely stay again!

The place was nice. The horse and donkey were very friendly, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub.
