Not a bad place to stay maybe on a weekday but weekend I would not recommend as it’s right next door to a bar and not realising when booking that it would be noisy. Easy instructions from the host and friendly. The room was not the cleanest as there was dust in some parts of the room, there are damp marks too but overall it was clean. Could have put a full roll of toilet paper there in the toilet. Overall not bad for the price but deffo inconvenient because of the noise.

Excellent room and location. Brighouse is a great night out. The directions to the place are a bit vague though.

The place did it’s job for 1 night and we literally used it to sleep in. The app entry system didn’t work so he gave us the code for the key safe. Reasonably clean although a bit tired in places. We had the top loft floor and there were visible damp issues on the ceiling. The velux windows in the bedroom were also without a blind so if you like a lay-in, take a blindfold to block out the morning light. Also, the shower tray instantly filled up with water within 1 minute during the morning of our departure. I showered when I got home instead. A cheap enough stay and you get what you pay for I guess, probably won’t stay there again but it was fine for a night at after a gig.
