Beautiful brand new twin-home (Right side 4BR/4BA) very close to downtown Auburn. Spacious, luxurious, and comfortable. The perfect weekend getaway for games or relaxing and enjoying downtown. The right side is 4BR/4BA. With quartz-countertop bathrooms and state-of-the-art finishes. All rooms have their own bathroom. Full kitchen with beautiful marble-looking quartz counters and backsplash. Furnished with brand new beds, linens, kitchen supplies, television, wifi, and washer dryer. 4BR/4BA side of the twin home. A twin home is very similar to a town home as each unit is a complete and separate unit.

Brand new place, 4 beds 4 bath in an amazing location walkable to restaurants. Perfect for a guys golf trip.
We loved staying at Andrew's place! It was very clean and tidy, as well as well stocked. The fact that every bedroom has it's own bathroom was a big plus! Highly recommend!
The house was in a wonderful location off Bragg. The house seemed brand new, was spotless and had everything we needed for the weekend. Also - lots of parking which was nice.
Great location, right near downtown. Large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Everything was very clean!
Had a great time, I would definitely stay here again.

Hey! Hope you’re having a great day. I’ve been in Auburn ever since I began college over 10 years ago. While I was at Auburn, I studied finance and was apart of the 2010 National Championship team. After graduating, I started a life long dream of becoming a real-estate developer.
