Located in the heart of Seattle, our stunning 2 bedroom 1 bath condo has beautiful city views. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers. Our home has modern furnishings, a flat screen HD television in the living room and a smaller flat screen in the master bedroom- both equipped with Rokus. In this space, you will have a comfortable queen sized bed in the master, 2 twin sized beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa (it is actually very comfortable!) in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and expansive city views. Our home also includes wireless internet and a large electric air conditioning unit. We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has 2 bedrooms and a reserved parking spot in our secure garage! The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation. The garage has a height limit of 6'8". The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. During these times, workers may lapel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows.
