The location was amazing and the house was great too. There were some misunderstandings between us and Shane that he took way too far. We had 2 drinks from the kegs and accidentally left a door unlocked (the doors in Ireland do not lock like in the US). These were honest mistakes as one was not listed as a rule and the other was a genuine mistake not knowing how the lock works. Shane tried to evict us without ever speaking to us about the very small issue. Thankfully air bnb support had our backs and said he could not evict us for something that was not listed as a rule. That was a very frustrating 2 hours taken from my Saint Patrick’s day in Ireland. I wish that Shane had just contacted us rather than trying to immediately throw us out in a foreign country.
