River Side Villa, is our home, built in 2006 in the beautiful settlement of Alli Meria, 3 km from the center of Volos, at the foot of Mount Pelion. With its 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, it can accommodate 8 people, while the kitchen, the living room, and the fireplace, can offer moments of relaxation and meeting for family and friends. Finally, the gym, the office and the courtyard, give everyone the opportunity to take advantage of their stay in any way they wish. On the ground floor of the house, there are the reception area, the living room, the fireplace area, the office room, a WC and the kitchen-dining room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and the main bathroom. There is also a comfortable terrace overlooking the Pagasetic Gulf. In the basement, which is an open plan area, there is a sleeping area, study, entertainment, bathroom and a fully equipped gym. The house has all the comforts such as personal hygiene items, washing machine, dryer, entertainment system, computer with video call capability, printer, toys for young and old, cooking supplies and more.

Το σπίτι ήταν άψογο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πεντακάθαρο! Η ατμόσφαιρα του σπιτιού ήταν φοβερή με υπέροχη διακόσμηση κι ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένο από όλες τις απόψεις.Η Λαμπρινή ειναι εξαιρετικη οικοδέσποινα και μας υποδέχτηκε με χαμόγελο! Προτείνω τον χώρο 100% και σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησω στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μου στον Βόλο!

Το σπίτι είναι καταπληκτικό, καλύτερο από τις φωτογραφίες. Η αισθητική τρομερή, το design καταπληκτικό μα πάνω απ' όλα άνετο και με τρομερή θέα. Οι δε οικοδεσπότες, ο Χρήστος και η Λαμπρινή φιλικοτατοι και ευγενέστατοι. Κάτι που τιμά ιδιαίτερα τον Χρήστο είναι ότι ενώ υπήρχε κάποια ζημιά στην αυλή από τις πλημμύρες του Βόλου το Σεπτέμβριο του 2023 έβαλε τα δυνατα του και μέχρι την άφιξη μας είχε αποκατασταθεί σε πολύ καλό βαθμό. Η κυρία Λαμπρινή με την οποία είχαμε την περισσότερη επικοινωνία ήταν πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετική και νιώσαμε σαν να την ξέραμε από πριν. Κλείσαμε το σπίτι για να ετοιμαστούμε ως νύφη και όσοι ήρθαν τη μέρα για το ντύσιμο φύγανε ακρως εντυπωσιασμένοι. Για όποιον λόγο και να θέλει να έρθει κάποιος στον Βόλο, το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

The apartment/ house was more than perfect! It is super located, very close (by car) to the city and beaches to Volos and at the same time so calm. It is the perfect house to stay in as a family. In ever corner the kids will find some toys to play with. It looks even better than shown in the photos. If we are coming back to Volos, we will definitely stay in this beautiful house again. A 100% recommendation - we really loved it!

Επιλέξαμε τον χώρο για την προετοιμασία γαμπρού κ νύφης στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα..κάναμε την καλύτερη επιλογή..οι χώροι ήταν πάρα πολύ καλοί κ όλοι οι καλεσμένοι έμειναν εντυπωσιασμένοι από το σπίτι κ την προετοιμασία που είχαμε σχεδιάσει...σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ!!!το συνιστούμε χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη για οποιονδήποτε θέλει να κάνει ετοιμασία για γάμο..♥️

The house is located in the center of the traditional settlement of Alli Meria, just three kilometers from the center of Volos. It is a quiet neighborhood, without noise from the street or other sources. Right next to the house there is a small stream where most of the time cool water flows from the springs of Pelion, creating a sense of calm and serenity. Within the village there are all amenities, such as bakery, kiosk, traditional taverns, tsipouradiko, playground, and more.

出行信息

Next to the house, on the main road, there is a large capacity municipal parking. Right in front of the municipal parking lot, a city bus stops three times a day at times that serve the commercial market. There is also a taxi that serves the area by phone.
