The place was clean and tidy, but very cold. Found the thermostat, the next day, lol. Beds were comfortable. Lots of games to play. Lisa was quick to respond to any questions I had. We didn’t really do much, because we went there to be with our friend, but im sure it would have been very nice by the outdoor fire, we just never did that. If you have a bad memory, the lock combo thing sucks…lol, but it was pretty cool. The price, I guess was reasonable, however, being asked to vacuum before you leave, I felt was a little much. I didn’t mind taking out the garbage, or even cleaning up our mess, if we made one. But, when you have a 9 hr drive ahead of you in the morning… makes for a long drawn out morning, of chores before you hit the road. I’d probably think about staying in a hotel, next time. If I came with more people, I’d definitely stay there. Sept 11-14, 2023 CA

Lisa gave us clear directions, so we found the cabin and entered it with clear instructions. We were surprised. What we got exceeded what was advertised. Larger than expected, more amenities such as tvs, games (even darts), firewood, and kitchen utensils - even for making cookies. Two places to sit outside, with outdoor furniture. Nice neighbors. We appreciated the welcome treats.

This cottage was the perfect family retreat. We spent just over a week there and everyone loved the cottage itself, the outdoor spaces (large wrap-around deck), the yard and the beach just a 5 minute walk away. We had family members with ages varying from 6 to 78 years old staying with us and everyone enjoyed the games, puzzles and cozy hang out spots. The cottage is very cozy and the decor is very nice with some eclectic details (art and knick-knacks). The layout of the cabin was perfect for our group. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and very pleasant in their communications.
