I'll start by saying that Brian was super nice, helpful, and welcoming. You can tell that he and his wife put a lot of thought into the place and they did a great job. That has to be one of the comfiest beds (and comforters) that we've had at an Airbnb. Thanks for having us! I'm sure we'll be back soon

Brian was very nice and responded quickly when I reached out before and during my stay. Their Cottage is NICE! It’s spacious inside for singles or a couple, the deck area is clean and safe to move around and on, and they even had snack so I didn’t have to leave as much! Great stay, definitely one of the best choices in the JAX area comparatively to price, quality, and location!
