Rachel, our host, was very accommodating and always responded to our questions. Her place was clean and secured. The place was quiet and free from unnecessary noise. There are a lot of social things to do including restaurants. I will recommend this place to anyone especially those who care about their family. It’s a family friendly and nice place to park. We enjoyed it.

We felt right at home! We have young kids and there were plenty of toys and books which made traveling easy. We plan to come back!

There is no better location for visiting the University of Chicago, and Rachel and David are about as responsive as it gets!

Hello! My name is Rachel and my husband David and I are happy to welcome you to our home. We live in Chicago but are both originally from Manitowoc where our new family farm is 15 minutes away (link: https://airbnb.com/h/pff). Our farm has been a dream for us and we just purchased the property in 2022. We are both architects and over the next few years we will be continuing to renovate the property. We just completed the renovation of the farmhouse winter of 2022 and this spring we will be planting our 3 acre apple orchard with future aspirations to make French style hard cider! We look forward to sharing our home with you and I’ll do my best to make your stay comfortable and enjoy the beauty of the country.
