My husband and I booked another property of Joe and Janie's over a year ago in our planning for the solar eclipse. Then things changed and our son and his wife decided to join us. Joe was very responsive to the change request and recommended the place we ended up staying as an alternative property that would suit us better. The price for the properties they had were very reasonable, unlike some places we looked out that were already inflating rates for the eclipse. We were very comfortable during the stay, the bed was great, the space was comfortable and worked well for the four of us to cook and eat, hang out, or venture out to local eatieries and stores. The main mission of the trip was to view and photograph the eclipse, and Joe and Janie's property was perfect. We had our own private viewing with friends who drove over to watch with us, without fighting traffic or crowds. Joe even stopped by that morning to check whether we had all we need. They were great hosts. We'd stay again!

Beautiful 2 bed house. Quiet neighborhood. Walmart and restaurants just a few blacks away. Easy to find
