You will feel home. Trying our traditional breakfast and the local hospitality will give you a great memory in your stay. The house is 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. You can watch the sunrise or sunset. Only unique guest can stay with us because the house is a modern style and I only allow high profile. If you are looking for peaceful place to relax and enjoy your stay give it a try. The house is 3 bedrooms each room has its own bathroom so you don’t share your bathroom with anyone. The beds are all high quality mattresses which give you comfortable sleep.

A Delightful Stay! I had a truly wonderful stay at this AirBnb! The host was welcoming, the accommodation was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The amenities surpassed expectations, and the location was perfect. The highlight was the food that was better than a 5 star restaurant cooked by the house made ‘Fatima’ & the host ‘Mohammed’, the host was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home, the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable experience. Thank you to the host for a delightful stay! Will definitely visit again!

A friend highly recommended this place and we can only second him. The location is perfect for visiting Muscat, the Batinah coast and the wadis, the Hadjar mountains. Our stay in Seeb has been memorable thanks to Mohammed, our smiley host, and Fatima, the family cooker. We couldn’t thank them enough for their hospitality, generosity and advices. All our family members already miss the delicious authentic recipes for breakfast and dinner, tastier than most of the restaurants we have been so far. It was a world tour with Arabic, Indian, Zanzibar, French or American recipes. Discussions were always enlightening, discovering new aspects of the local life and culture. The modern villa is conveniently located next to the beach and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The experience is really unique, we really enjoyed it. Looking forward to come again !
