sehr schöne und helle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Ruhige Gegend, ca. 15-20 min. zu Fuss bis man grosse Einkaufmöglichkeiten hat (Lidl und Mercadona). Taxi ins Zentrum oder zurück ca. 5 - 8 Euros, zu Fuss ca. 25 min. bis zur römischen Brücke. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. würde diese Wohnung sofort wieder buchen!

el apartamento está genial, nuevo, moderno y con todas las comodidades. distribucion genial, fuimos con nuestro chaval y sus hijos y había privacidad y comodidad para todos. la zona tranquila a 10 min de Salamanca en autobús. en cuanto al precio he puesto bueno y no excelente no por Sergio ni la casa, sino por la política de Airbnb que cada vez que visitaba el apartamento para reservar, subían el precio sin explicación. Sergio lo soluciono muy bien y el apartamento merece cada euro que hemos pagado.gracias chicos

A great place to stay. I rented the place and stayed with three colleagues for a science-related project in Villamayor on the outskirts of Salamanca. The host couple could not have been more helpful and provided the essentials at the beginning of our stay, which lasted three weeks. The flat is modern and well equipped in a quiet part of the town, which is too far away from the town center to walk there on a daily basis, but bus connections are seemingly good. Great bathtub and a second, independent bath with a nice shower. The main bedroom is like an apartment on its own. No noises at night, as the neighborhood is very quiet. Excellent value for money, as shared on a base of three it was barely more than 30 euros per day! Parking of the rental car was not a problem, as well as the servicing by the local taxi company. As of 2023, there is no Uber or Bolt in Salamanca, but the local taxis are as good. May rent it again next year, as I go back for my research project.
