Great communication from the owners, the property was spotless and as described. Great location close to Headingley stadium and bars and restaurants and easy access into Leeds city centre.

Overall i would stay again. Pros: beautiful home, beds were comfortable and warm. Amazing garden to sit in. Great location and plenty of space inside for us all to sit in the dining area and chat. Cons. It was a squeeze with 15, the fold out single beds weren’t amazing so I’d say it’s perfect for a group of 12/13. The bathroom downstairs was very smelly so we couldn’t actually go downstairs but the host responded quickly and booked a plumber to sort it out in the near future. There was some rubbish like cigars butts and drinks bottles left in the yard but otherwise great property.

Very central Headingley, beyond the Headingley Taps so easy access to shops and bars. Popular route for students doing the Otley Run so would be walking by in their fancy dress. Ideal having en-suites in each room which worked for us as multiple couples. Kitchen/dining space is great for group cooking and chatting. Only thing that could really be improved is a deep clean of wall stains, otherwise bed and towels were freshly laundered.
