Nice place for a short stay. Close to tram and metro station and a few steps away from the pharmacy and supermarket.

The apartment is well located (close to the metro line) and the room was nice, hower, common areas were crammed and not at all comfortable. Instructions for getting in were not clear, elevator can be only used with key therefore getting in and out of the flat is not easy without elevator. Communication with the Host wasn't easy and/or timely. Information received about parking turned out to be unreliable and caused us lost time (we stayed in Vienna only for 24 hours). Although cleaning fees have become exceptionally high as of recently and included in the price, Host asked us to take off the bed linen upon check out. I believe that Host has room for improvement in terms of communication skills and hospitability.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch Bischoy war ein netter und höflicher Gastgeber.

fue una gran estancia, lastimosamente como estaban renovando el apartamento de alado, había ruido desde las 8:30 am, y por esta misma razón no tuvimos agua 3 horas, de resto estuvo perfecto todo
