I loved Maria’s place. I went there for my birthday and it was beautiful. Very helpful host and very good price for what you get. Will definitely come back.

This place was not exactly what we expected by reading the description and setting the filters we normally use. It was a bit smaller than it looked from the pictures, and it's right on the main road, which we also didn't realize. Having said that, it's a very easy walk to a somewhat secluded beach, where we went to on a daily basis. The kids and the dogs loved every minute of it. It's also relatively close to El Palmar, which is a town with dozens of Paella restaurants where we had the best food of the entire trip there (restaurant El Palmar stood out specifically, very family friendly and perfect food). Kitchen was very well equipped and Maria was very welcoming.

I stayed at Maria's house for 1 month with my husband, baby and dog. My husband worked remotely from the accommodation. We had an amazing stay and felt right at home from day one. Maria is a friendly and attentive host and ensured we had everything we needed and more. She made it a home away from home. She was always on hand but also respected our privacy. The view from the house is fabulous as it is located in the heart of the Albufera national park. We were able to watch the wildlife at sunset from the garden and raised terrace. The secured private enclosed garden was perfect for our dog and baby. The house is across the road from a beautiful pine forest walk to a stunning untouched beach which is dog friendly. There is also bike/pushchair access to the beach. Across the road is also the bus stop with a direct bus to Valencia. I thoroughly recommend staying at Maria's house. We spent a wonderful month here and left with heavy hearts and memories to last a lifetime.

La casa está genial, muy amplia y con todo lo necesario. La zona exterior es muy bonita, aunque no hayamos podido disfrutarla por el tiempo. María ha sido encantadora. Muy recomendable.
