Far exceeded expectations, the photos do not do justice to how beautiful the listing was in person. Had more amenities that described and was in the perfect area to explore.

The apartment was great. Very spacious, tastefully decorated and clean. Private elevator added charming touch to the whole experience. Steps away from theaters and restaurants. Highly recommend.

As far as the space and the location, this bnb is amazing. The downtown location is perfect for Festival Goers, and you have all reataurants bars at your fingertips. There were just a few things that impacted our stay. - the Satellite TV was not working at all. I messaged the host and received no answer at all. - the exterior door of the building did not lock when closed so didnt feel very secure. -parking is a bit wonky - as for those amenties you see at most bnbs, not this one, no shampoo, soap, no coffee and very little tea ,etc, so made sure you bring everything you will need. All in all, would stay again for the location but, being honest, they missed the details...and of course, the communication was not there with the host.
