Miles place was perfect for our stay. He was very responsive and helpful with modifications to our stay. Will definitely be back!

Staying at Miles place made our military move less stressful. We had plenty of space to spread out and reduce the stress on our family of 5 plus 2 fur babies. The home had everything we needed and was in a great location for shopping and resturants. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

The neighborhood was great, and having an entire house was nice. There was trash left behind, the air ducting and vents were extremely dusty, and the grill was not in a working condition. Also, we lost power for about half a day and internet for about a week unexpectedly with little to no actionable follow-up. Overall, the place and host have A LOT of potential to easily be a 5 star stay, I just think the it was tough to work through issues that need an immediate solution when you only have one point of contact, so one point of failure.
