È composto da una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, cucina dotata del necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, zona living con divano letto per due ragazzi, bagno con lavabo in pietra, water, bidet e doccia. All’esterno una doccia, un delizioso giardino con gazebo, braciere, tavolo, sedie e salotto all’aperto vi faranno trascorrere una vacanza nel relax. The flat with a private entrance is part of a villa surrounded by Mediterranean scrubland about 1 km from the sea. The bedroom is modern, with a comfortable queen-size bed 200x160. The bathroom is complete with sanitary fittings and a shower cabin. Soaps and a hairdryer are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine and a living area with a sofa, which on occasion becomes a comfortable 140x190 sofa bed perfect for two people. The whole house is cooled/heated with state-of-the-art splits, so the house is cosy all year round. The exterior offers a lovely, well-kept garden equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue. Here you can spend your time outdoors and relax under the gazebo and/or watching the stars. The whole villa is immersed in nature and silence, far from the tourist chaos but close to the most beautiful beaches of South Sardinia. We will provide you with everything you need for your stay such as linen, blankets, towels, oil, salt, pepper and detergents. You will have a WASHING MACHINE and an area to hang out your clothes. Animals are welcome.

Wir waren 10 Tage mit unserer 11 Monate alten Tochter in Massimos & Martas Haus. Es war traumhaft! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, super durchdacht und sehr sauber. Marta & Massimo haben wirklich an alles gedacht, vom Babybett bis hin zu Decken & Schirm für den Strand. Im kleinen Garten gibt es sogar eine Aussendusche und einen Grill. Perfekt für gemütliche Urlaubsabende. Allerdings braucht man unbedingt ein Auto. Insgesamt ist Martas&Massimos Haus eine 10/10 und wir freuen uns wiederzukommen!

Co za miejsce! Można pofilozofować z gospodarzami o życiu i świecie ale też zaszyć się w pięknym ogrodzie z książką i cieszyć samotnością. Widok z tarasu cieszy oczy przy porannej, pysznej oczywiście, kawie. Dzisiaj trudno znaleźć takie miejsce. Serdecznie polecam.

Posto fantastico, l’appartamento è ben arredato e molto confortevole. Il giardino è ben attrezzato per cenare all’aperto o semplicemente per godersi un aperitivo dopo una giornata al mare. Massimo e Marta sono host molto premurosi e hanno fatto la differenza grazie ai tanti consigli e alla loro raccomandazione. Simpaticissimo il loro cagnolino Arba. Questo è il posto giusto per ricaricare le batterie, un’ottima fuga dalla città e dalla vita stressante. Lo consiglio!

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, grazie a Massimo e Marta per la calorosa accoglienza. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare un cestino di frutta fresca, acqua e un ottimo vino locale. Abbiamo apprezzato molto! L’appartamento è accogliente, immerso in una splendida cornice naturale che si affaccia sulla costa meridionale della Sardegna. Diversi ristoranti sono raggiungibili in 10-15 minuti. Spiagge da sogno a 10 minuti, la nostra preferita Mari Pintau. Speriamo di tornarci a settembre

The house is located in Quartu S.Elena in the locality of Salmagi, the nearest beach is less than 5 minutes away by car, here there is a cove full of pebbles and rocks, perfect for who loves snorkelling and fishing.
Continuing by car, a few km away, you can reach the beach of Capitana (4 km) and the harbour with numerous services, including boat rental, restaurant and market. If you want to enjoy Cagliari's nightlife, where are excellent restaurants and entertainment, it will only take you about 20 minutes to reach the wonderful Poetto seafront and the Molentargius Park. Another 5 minutes by car will take you to the centre of Cagliari.
Its strategic position makes it perfect for visiting the beautiful beaches with crystal-clear sea on the east coast of the island, from Mari Pintau (6 km), Torre delle Stelle (10 km), Kal'e e Moru, Porto Sa Ruxi (20 km), Villasimius, Costa Rei (40 km), all reachable in between 10 and 30 minutes by car.
The area is very popular with CYCLISTS, the house is 1 km from the access to the PANORAMIC COAST that leads to Villasimius, a coast road popular with road cyclists and, for mountain bikers, many trails are within easy reach, including the Tomba dei Giganti and Is Arestis.
