我不得不赞叹房源优异的地理位置以及房东热情的服务态度。然而, 我们在居住过程中也遇到了很多问题。首先，浴室的排水问题严重影响了我们的旅行。每当你洗澡的时候，你无法控制水溢的满地都是，尽管你拉上了浴帘。并且这些水会地板上停留很久，这并不安全，因为它很容易造成滑倒等问题。然而，值得庆幸的是，房东很热情地帮我们解决这个问题，尽管效果并不显著。修理工在修理后遗留了大量的赃物在浴室，这让我们很沮丧，并且排水系统仍然存在问题。其次，被子上有多处类似图片的污渍，这让我们开始担忧酒店的卫生情况。此外，拿钥匙的过程并不便捷，你需要去另外的区域领取。这耽误了一部分时间和精力。并且，当你刚进入房间的时候，空气中弥漫着浓重的灰尘伟大，窗台上的花盆翻到了，阳台显得乱糟糟的。你需要小心触摸房间内的设施，否则物品会被损坏。如果以上的问题能够得到解决，那么凭借优越的地理位置和热情的服务，我想这将会是一个非常优秀的选择。

Perfect location. Extremely nice apartment. Very comfortable bed. We loved the place, would stay again. Quiet place well furnished. The host is very responsive. Wish the washing machine worked. Other than that everything was great

Check in was a complete disaster. We followed the instructions, and the contact person for the key hung up on us multiple times. When we were finally able to get into the building (a different one than we were directed to), we were still unable to check in and get the key to our unit as the doorman didn't know which unit we were supposed to be staying in. It took well over an hour to get checked in and settled, and caused us to miss our plans for the evening. Once we got checked in, we enjoyed the unit. It was very clean and a good setup for our small family. The shower had draining issues, but the bathroom was very clean and nice. The location is hard to beat! We loved being able to step outside and see the Eiffel Tower, and be such a short walk away. If you stay here, just plan for extra time and hassle to get checked in, because it was not a smooth process for us. (Hopefully that will be updated!)

Este apartamento é muito bom, atendeu todas as minhas expectativas de conforto, limpeza, segurança e privacidade. Apartamento bem localizado, há poucos passos, na esquina você já consegue ver a Torre Eiffel, e fácil acesso a trem, metro, ônibus. Recomendo este apartamento incrível, com certeza irei voltar outras vezes... Grato, Merci.

Our first time in Paris, we really like the place. It’s a walk to everything and right next to the bus and train station. The room was perfect for our family. It was clean and fresh linen smell. We would love to stay there again when we visit in the future.
