Checkin in instructions were reasonably clear and easy to follow. Lots of info provided re parking, etc. Place was clean, the cushions had lots of bits of hair. Presumably from the animal skin rug. The rest of the place was clean and comfortable. Temperature control was good. Supermarket just across the road. On site parking available. Communication was probably the worst. On the morning of the check in day, an unsolicited message was sent in the booking chat, requesting verification of credit card details, with a cancellation threat, which was most likely a data breach of the host’s database. The host was not responsive at all to queries after that incident, only provided generic computer generated-like messages, and did not allow cancellation of the booking. I did not feel like I interacted with a person, but with an automated computer system that allowed no variations to adapt to different situations.

Great location! Instructions for checking in and finding where we were supposed to park were unclear. Once we talked with the MadeComfy help line, they explained it.
