Mr Antoine was awesome. He is such a humble pleasant God Fearing Man. His on-site Hosts are very polite. Mr Antoine was able to accommodate my daughter who stayed instead of myself, but I drove from Az to meet him and check my daughter in. Because I was new to AirBnB he met us at the gate, and gave us the Grand Tour of his building. He provided overnight parking and a $10 fee to spend the night while my daughter (full time barber student) got situated. The house rules are easy, fair, and basically treating others how you want to be treated and leaving items and the room fresh and clean. My experience was awesome, my daughter also enjoyed this for 3 weeks as she felt safe & if she were in her own home. However my 21 year old had a mind of her own, after a few reminders of No Friends Overnight, Mr Antoine was EXCEPTIONALLY patient with my daughter. We Checked out Early and he kindly returned some money. What a great gift & I feel Truly Blessed to have met him..

Easy check in and check out, and very clean/quiet space. Excellent price and location as well. I would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing time at Antoine’s place. He’s a accommodating, helpful, and generous host. His co-host Thi was also amazing, super friendly, and professional. When it came to their place, all four bathrooms had a bidet! In addition, this room has its own mini fridge which was a great touch. We got many complimentary items in the beginning of our long stay such paper rolls, tea, chocolate, etc which we appreciated very much. The building itself has a gate which solo female travelers will appreciate. It also a parking space available for those who drive. Overall, this room is an amazing deal for all its price, amenities, and service. A deal too good to ignore!
