The site is beautiful, remote and the house had great amenities -- Adirondack deck chairs, also on the beach with space to build a firepit, kitchen appliances, working bbq. Emphasis should be made on the pebbly beach. For those who envision long walks on the sand, this is not the place. But the cloudy foggy mornings before the sun broke through in the afternoons were great. Based on an earlier review, there seems to be a chronic electrical problem on one portion of the home. The power supply in the upper bedroom was on the fritz, and couldn't be fixed in our stay. Also, the bed frame still creaks but likely could be fixed. But it's great for the seclusion with the understanding that there's no place to walk to shop or eat. Bring it all with you, along with the sheets and towels.

This was the most relaxing vacation we ever took! The house is pristine, beautiful and private. A private beach right outside your door and beautiful full views of the water from the house. On most days we felt like we were on a private island, we had the whole beach to ourselves. Nice ocean breezes but A/C as well. We would love to come back!

Perfect house for an off season stay!

Very enjoyable stay! Pros: Beachfront, close to shoppes, we’ll stocked. Cons: The road coming in to the house was really bad; impossible to imagine how it would be for guests who did not have SUV’s …but there were a lot of small cars in the neighboring driveways. For house of this size at this price point we were very surprised that there was no dishwasher; it wasn’t a big deal for just two of us, but we would find this a problem if we were entertaining a large group. The beds are creaky and mattresses definitely need a refresher. Having to bring linens harkens us back to the 90’s!?”$@ After a full day of driving and hauling endless loads of stuff into the house it was painful to make up the beds - all we wanted was a cold drink and to collapse! Really makes us appreciate Airbnb’s that have effortless turn service. The pros of location and ambience definitely go along way toward offsetting the cons, hence this is a worthy consideration.
