This was a great stay. Checkin process has a few steps, but the instructions are detailed and clear. And accurate. Once in the apartment, access is straightforward. We had a problem with one of the toilets clogging right after we arrived. Management was responsive to our message and resolved the situation in a timely manner.

Had a great stay here! The condo is spacious and bright with the lovely big windows, and has a beautiful view from the balcony. It was clean and comfortable and well appointed. The location is fantastic, and is a short walk from downtown and major landmarks. Would highly recommend it!

Well appointed apartment, clean comfy beds, access on arrival was a major hassle with the intercom acting up - not just for us but residents also. Close to a few good eateries grocery stores etc. Fair hike to downtown Victoria - 15-20mins. No instructions for air con & garbarator - also had to work out door lock (no instructions) Access to streaming on the TV was a bonus. Overall very good except for initial access.
