We didn't use the room much, as we were at the F1 GP most of the weekend. Room served well as a nice and comfortable place to rest after a day of non-stop walking.

Comfortable, clean and quiet. Plenty of privacy. Zevon is a proactive and thoughtful host. I hope to stay here again.

Zevon was a decent host and the place is OK but not for the price I paid. The bed is comfortable and warm but one of the bedside lamps wasn't working. Tea and coffee were provided but there was no milk in the fridge so we couldn't have a cuppa in the morning. Place was clean enough but the bathroom is essentially an external laundry which also contributed to a lack of privacy being felt. Instructions for finding the place could have been a lot better with no clear address being provided even after a few initial messages were exchanged, which wasn't a great experience.

Zevon's place was perfect for what we needed. Close walk to the park, shops, cafe's and restaurants. The old recording studio vibe was great and sound-proofed the noise, the bed was comfortable and a great outdoor area to chill out.
