Evika is everything you can wish and more. From an idyllic-personal-private location, at an accessible distance from Gothenburg and conveniently close to the airport or other local amenities, to stunning surroundings, this place gives you access to water sports at the lake and great trail walks/runs in the woods. Not to mention the attention to detail at the cabins, equipped with everything you need and great catering (loved the special local Swedish treats at breakfast!). The estate sits on the shore of a lake and has its own wee marina, most importantly it features one of the best Scandinavian traditions, a classic sauna for you to pop in and out with a dip in the lake in between for you to cool down, our boys loved it ( 8 and 10). Very safe and private, the kids slept in every morning while mum and I went for a morning run and swam in the lake. The lake, the views (at night with subtle coloured lights), the place, all made perfect by the attention of an incredible host, Mario!

Beskrivelsen, billeder og faciliteter på AIR BNB stemmer ikke overens med udlejningen/boligen. Køkkenudstyr var meget begrænset, næsten umuligt at tilberede mad selv, ovn og grill inkludere ikke i udstyr som nævnt i beskrivelse. Bordtennis bord er udlejers private og ikke tilgængeligt. Spa indgår ikke i lejemålet som nævnt, men man kan tilkøbe ydelsen, hvilket var ret bekosteligt. Det var smukke natur omgivelser og ca. 30 min kørsel til goteborg.

Supermysigt boende med en väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Omgivningen var fridfull och det va ett perfekt ställe att komma iväg till med bra förbindelser in till Göteborg. Kommer absolut återvända någon gång!

This place is a hidden gem. Great facilities. Mario and his team are the best and kayaking, swimming and jet-boarding on the lake was out of this world. We will be back soon again
