we booked here a room for 7 days. once we arrived we got a different room than it showed on Airbnb. after asking about it they brought us to another room (Wich was also not the same room) then they told me that I could move the next day to the correct room. after 4 days we were finally able to get to the room we booked on air BnB. there was als no hot water and the shower were bad I would not recommend it. the management keep making excuses and are asking too much money for there services (rental bikes/scooters) also the location is out of the center so you need to get a grab or scooter

Plumeria hotel and spa is an oasis villa providing a nice pool and clean rooms to shelter tourists from the sweltering Siem Reap HEAT. Nearby is this great restaurant called Nearly Khmer with delicious local offerings to include deep-fried chicken wings. Also, Angkor Market which is Cambodia's version in Costco is just down the road. In short, I enjoyed my stay at Plumeria spa and hotel. And recommend it highly as an alternative cost saving to other costly spa hotels in Siem Reap

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the outdoor seating balcony was tranquil. The staff were friendly and helpful, they basically organised everything for us! we slept well and felt safe and happy during our stay. Highly recommend this place for couples and families alike.
