Overall, the stay was great. The place itself is located close walking distance from the port and shops. The cleaner came each day which was great for a longer stay! We did have to change our plans and leave a day early. I reached out a week before asking about how to manage the reservation and what the steps were to receive a refund if possible. The communication wasn’t great during that. It was difficult to communicate with both Airbnb support and Milos Greece. In the end, they did agree to give us a half refund. When we arrived, the place was not ready at 3 but was ready at 4 and they gave us complimentary shuttle to the unit at that time. Other than these difficulties, this was a great place to stay in Milos if you want to be by the port!
