Sitting on a long driveway between trees and surrounded by a stunning English garden our Yellow Garden Villa is amazing with a gorgeous view over the Hawkesbury. We embrace the natural light and the open living kitchen this is a real show stopper with its spectacular views! You will not be disappointed! Our main bedroom is large with a king bed and has an attached sunroom . This is the area where the single and trundle beds are set up. It catches the sun on a cold winter day and its just stunning, just to sit and read a book or use the space for extra guests. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is just renovated and has a bath and shower. The kitchen is open, wide with a pantry, dishwasher, oven and everything you need to prepare a meal. The living room is amazing and with its many windows you feel your sitting between the trees!

I reached out to Carla to see if her place would be appropriate for myself and my bridesmaids to get ready for my wedding 15mins away from the venue. She recommended this house and charged extra $200 for taking photos around her property, which I was happy to pay. We had a packed day and everyone planned to take a shower at the Airbnb the night before. We travelled a fair bit to find the water was brown and had a weird smell. The water dispenser from the fridge was also super slow taking >5mins to fill a small cup. We raised this with her and said she would send someone up in the morning, but we all had to be up at 5am the next morning and had no water to drink. I couldn’t wait and risked washing my hair in the brown water. Next morning still no usable water, the owner suggested showering at the house next door but by that time we were already getting our makeup done. We were all distressed but she tried charging extra for late checkout - the cleaners were understanding. Not worth it

From the moment I set foot on this beautiful property, I was in awe. ..even in the dark. The little sparkling light from surrounding villages is unreal! It’s beautiful to sit in the open kitchen and just watch the skyline. In the morning we went for a walk and the love and care has gone into its upkeep is very noticeable, the gardens are amazing. The hosts were remarkably responsive, always getting back to me within minutes whenever I had a query. We were on a road trip and arrived quite late as it was a last-minute decision to have another stop due to the weather. Check in was so smooth even if we arrived when it was dark, and Carla called to make sure we settled in without issues. We didn’t notice the basement area on arrival, this area is set up as a meeting room, but you don’t really notice it’s there. On departure, as I was struggling with my kids car seat, one of the housekeeping girls helped us. Very nice girl and bubbly. It was a shame we only stayed one night. We will be back

Our is Estate is only a 5 min. drive from Kurrajong Village. Kurrajong has a 100% living in the country vibe but only an hour and a bit from Sydney CBD.
We at the Estate are choosing a slower pace of life. This doesn’t mean that we don’t have a lot to do or have no exciting places to visit. It just means they don’t let the hustle and bustle of the rat race bog them down. In The Hawkesbury we like relax a little more and aren’t afraid to slow down.
The pleasures of life in the country are unlimited. There, one lives amidst nature and there is greenery all around. We have amazing hikes and historical buildings like the Ebenezer Church a heritage-listing, many open spaces and houses are well spread out. Green paddocks, cute little country shops and cafés on the main road of Kurrajong, Kurmond and don’t forget the farmers market in Richmond.
So come and visit and enjoy 'the Hawkesbury spirit.
You will need a car to get to our property, there is a bus stop at the entrance of our Estate but the connection is challenging, however when you have arrived you can easy find your way around by foot! We have some great small hikes on the property and free parking.
