No doubt house is well maintained, clean and best. I would like to appreciate Alessio and his mother gesture. We were welcomed with gifts which we never expected. Wonderful people. They waited patiently till 10 PM for our arrival. They always guided us and they were in regular contact. We will definitely visit again.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in Alessio's aparment very much. We made several day trips to Rome and, as we were lucky with the weather, also to the beach. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Alessio's place was wonderful. The house is very spacious and consists of two floors, with a spacious balcony and a beautiful garden with lemon trees in the front. We were late but Alessio, his mother and sister waited for us in the house and gave us a tour of the house. The house was well stocked for a group of 6 with enough beddings & towels and the kitchen with enough pots & pans . They were kind enough and left us pasta, tomato paste and wine for us to use. The neighborhood was calm and relaxing and the house is located 10 mins away from the station by foot and connects to Rome S. Pietro (Vatican City) station in 25 mins. Alessio and his mom were kind enough to offer to drive us to the sea but we were short on time to make use of it. We later visited the sea after missing our train, the sea is 20 mins walk from the house. We had a short but wonderful stay at Alessio's and would recommend the place to anyone visiting Rome or wanting to escape the city :)
