We have separated our villa into two floors , ground floor and first floor . Altogether five bedrooms are in total , 3 of them Air Conditioned and Two Non . Even for a single occupancy booking we offer our villa by floor wise .Guests are offered more room space. CALICUT GREENS GROUND FLOOR : Can accommodate 6 adults in three rooms , 1 AC Master Bedroom and 2 NON AC rooms with verandah , living , dining , Pantry , two Bathrooms . With extra bed by the floor a maximum of 7 people can stay . Ground floor size is 1200 square feet . CALICUT GREENS 1ST FLOOR :- With two AC rooms , living room , a balcony 220 square feet in size and two washrooms , it can accommodate 4 adults comfortably and with extra bed by the floor 1 more person can be accommodated . If full villa is booked for 10 or more people then inside staircase can be used to access both the floors . Incase of lesser numbers up to 6 people ground floor will be offered not the entire villa . if the booking is up to four people first floor will be provided . First floor access has a separate entrance and in case of both floor occupied by different occupants the guests will get ample privacy, since inside staircase by the villa , both the ends have doors which will be kept locked for guests privacy .
