We came with a group of 18, boys used one side girls the other, and had plenty of room to hangout. We ate our meals together in C, played in the yard, and just had a really great time. Both sides were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay!

We had 14 guests stay at here. There were plenty of beds and baths for all of us. The only thing that we didn’t fully realize is that they are two separated spaces next door to each other. We thought it was two spaces combined as the one unit was recently renovated. It worked out fine going back and forth but if there was a potential to make the units a joining it might be better for larger groups (thinking like hotels have and could lock from each side if both sides aren’t rented together.) The B unit had the larger living area and dining area while unit A had a bit more room for cooking in the kitchen. It had a great view of the lake and it was easy to get to Eureka Springs. Overall, this was a great place for our family to spend some quality time together over the holiday.

This place was amazing! Sean was responsive and gave easy to follow check-in and check-out instructions! We took a girl’s trip and were impressed with how close it was to Eureka Springs and the lake. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The location and place was fabulous. Great stay for a getaway for the families with a large group. Great walking distance to the marina or to Table Rock Lake. I recommend this place to others. The only thing I want to mention and maybe it was overlooked but the dishes were still in the dishwasher when we checked in. Other than that everything was great! Thank you, James Wright

Very comfortable for our entire family. The entire place was clean updated in appearance with plenty of space for fun or relaxation.
