While we had an initial snag in trying to access the house, Grant was quick to respond when contacted and resolved the issue quickly.

This was our third stay at Grant’s place. As usual, he is always very responsive and accommodating. We booked the reservation the same day during the week. It is a great house, located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to I-271. We look forward to our next stay.

This was the second time within a year that we stayed at Grant’s place. I think that says a lot! Grant is extremely flexible. This time, I mistakenly booked the place a week later than intended. I noticed the mistake only hours before my intended check-in. Fortunately the place was accessible and Grant was quick to respond with an updated booking.
