The location of this cottage on Big Gull Lake is top-notch. It sits on a little peninsula with expansive views of water and lots of places to swim. We watched as two beavers swam by one morning; one climbed up onto the shore and sniffed around for fish. We also saw a few great sunsets and 3-4 loons. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean retreat with pristine lake access, this is it! We’d love to return.

The lodge was comfortable and had beautiful view , the host was nice and responsive . We had a wonderful time to stay there with friends .

This place met all my expectations and more. Rustic and refined in the perfect measure. Updated yet wholly authentic. Large private lot and pristine water with easy access for swimming/kayaking/fishing. Glorious. I’ve spent a lot of time in this area over the years but I needed a new spot to call home there. I do believe I’ve found it! Will be back with friends and family. Thank you!

Loved our stay at this gorgeous cottage. Stayed with my husband, 6 and 4 yr old kids and two dogs. Very easy place to stay with or without kids. All you really need is food, towels and clothes. If you're traveling with kids, bring water shoes and life jackets. There are life jackets onsite, but bring your own for kids. Otherwise, this rental has everything: kayaks, fishing rods and tackle, deck chairs, fire pit chairs, fire pit hotdog/Marshmallow sticks, bbq, everything. BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY and location. One morning, a blue heron walked across the yard before taking flight over the lake and a family of loons swam by us several times. The interior of cottage is CLEAN, tidy, charming and rustic with modern touches. AMAZING shower and kitchen! No AC but you don't need it. Open the windows at night and you're good- the cottage located in a sheltered area of the property, in the shade of some big trees. Amazing hosts- came to the rescue with some items we forgot!
