Great property, responsive host. Gave me a break on heating the pool, which literally becomes a hot tub. Controlling the heater is somewhat confusing and unclear. 24/7 gated, security controlled community access. Beautiful lakefront property. It is a way from PSP, about 35-45 minutes. We had a delay in accessing through the security gate but the host was quickly responsive. Some confusion on providing names to host that they somehow don't have access to the names given to Airbnb? My concern would have been if we would have come in later in the evening and were not able to access the host. Make sure you provide the host, separate from Airbnb the guest names prior to arriving. We did love the property and the host was very responsive.

The unit was impeccably clean and beautiful. The bedrooms were large, which made it a fabulous place for four couples. We loved the outdoor space and the setting on the lake, overlooking snow covered mountains, was truly lovely. The host was extremely responsive. We would absolutely stay there again and certainly will on our next trip to the desert.

we had a blast this week! the property was truly special with such gorgeously decorated spaces, great amenities in the kitchen, and a lovely calm outdoor space. we paid for the spa/pool heating which we used every night. we walked every morning in the beautiful neighborhood. the house is about a 20 min drive from Indian Wells which seemed reasonable. the host was extremely receptive to questions or little troubleshooting that came up during our stay.

This house is gorgeous! They decorated so beautifully, from the art and accents to the bedding. The beds were sooooo comfortable and the view of the water and the mountains from the backyard was truly memorable. The infinity plunge pool heated up fast and was a fun place to relax. It’s a special spot.
