Had a great stay with Roy! Room was extremely clean and bed was comfy. Loved having the mini fridge and microwave in the room. Shower and bathroom was clean with ample towels supplied. Would 100% stay again.

Roy's place is spotlessly clean as well as peacefully quiet. It was the perfect place for me to stay while visiting my sister in Cowpens (where there is NO peace & quiet!). I will stay again next time.

When I walked into Roy’s place, the first thing I noticed was how well cleaned the place was. His home is a simple build, yet it gains its strength in elegance from that fact. His house is the definition of minimalism being luxury. Clean house, quiet with relaxing lighting. Hotels could learn a thing or 2 about how to keep a place if they saw the work he put into making the place nice. Seriously felt incredibly safe.
