Relax and unwind in our comfortable and stylish apartment near the beach and the port of Valencia. My brother and I offer this room with a private bathroom in our flat in El Grau/Cabañal, just a 5-minute walk from the Royal Marina of Valencia, where you can find the best restaurants, clubs, as well as various options to enjoy the Mediterranean with water sports. The City of Arts and Sciences and the Turia River Gardens are a 15-minute walk away. Modern apartment designed by myself, to our liking. The apartment has three bedrooms, and guests have a private bathroom inside the room and a big window which brings a lot of light to the room. Feel like you're in a hotel: the layout of the house allows guests to have privacy, as the room we rent is at the end of the house, just opposite the common areas. The door to your room has a lock and a latch on the inside. We have recently bought a wireless projector to play in your room. The bathroom has a bathtub and the basic cleaning products are included.

Very friendly hosts, they always reacted fast to our messages and provided some nice recommendations. The apartment is very clean and had everything we needed. Also possible to rent bikes from them for a good price. Location is close to the sea and port. One of my best airbnb experiences so far. Highly recommended!

Prima locatie, waarbij fietsen wel handig zijn. Die worden door de eigenaren verhuurd. Op loopafstand van het strand. Zeer schoon en bed en beddengoed van luxe hotelkwaliteit. Keuken en woonkamer deel je net eigenaren, verliep soepel. Broers zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Hele fijne tijd gehad in Valencia. Contact met de eigenaren verliep makkelijk en ze waren heel heel aardig en behulpzaam. Ook bij aankomst kregen we flesjes water. Heel attent! Appartement is erg schoon en centrale ligging dichtbij het strand. Vanaf het centrum ongeveer 15 minuten fietsen. Zou dit verblijf zeker aanraden en komen er graag nog eens terug!
