Bedroom Descriptions: The main bedroom features a King size bed and private bathroom with a stand alone shower and vanity sink. Bedroom two features a Queen size bed with a reach in closet. Bedroom three features 2 Twin size beds. The hallway bathroom is located between bedroom two and three and features a shower and bathtub combo with a double vanity sink. PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING PARKING: Space is available for up to 4 cars, including 2 in the garage and possibility of 2 street parking permits with prior approval. Age Requirements: The reservation holder must be 25 years of age at time of check-in and is required to be at the property for the duration of the reservation. Before reservation confirmation, guest is required to pass a background and rental history check Guest are responsible for these additional fees. NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC: We care about maintaining a good relationship with our neighbors, so we ask that when guest are utilizing the pool area the music is kept to an acceptable volume. Playing loud-amplified music and any fines associated with excessive noise complaints are the responsibility of the guest. At the time of booking, the reservation holder agrees to the terms above.
