The hotel itself was nice and didn’t feel unclean, but check-in was at 4pm— later than usual places but fine. We tried checking in at 4:30 in between activities and they said our room wasn’t ready. We didn’t get any emails or notifications about us not being able to check-in. When we were finally able to get into our room, they charged us $250 for a security deposit. I thought that was odd considering we had a card on file and had already paid for our night’s stay. Inconvenient and not clear from the listing or check-in instructions. Tried communicating with host on airbnb and never got a reply. Overall, a nice room to stay in but the hotel itself isn’t that communicative.

Suite was spotless. Smelled clean. Comfy bed with nice quilt. Felt right at home. Very convenient to the medical facility we were visiting.

Out of the other Airbnbs I've stayed in, this is one of the best, and I will be booking it again.

I had a work event in downtown Cary over the weekend and wanted to stay close by, but without breaking the bank. This was a convenient location for that (about 15min to downtown). They offered a nice simple breakfast, with a cool pancake machine, though sadly it stopped working on my last day. Rooms were fine- nothing fancy but got the job done. The trash hadn’t been cleared from the previous resident and there was a sponge by the kitchen sink but no dish detergent (but there was a packet of dishwasher detergent) so we couldn’t easily clean the couple of spoons that looked dirty. The shower curtain had some stains on it and the body soap container was empty, but overall it was a comfortable stay. I really liked the work desk in the living room, and the layout of the apartment was nice.
