We stayed at Worldmark Big Bear. The location was wonderful, scenic, and very cleanly. We had a few issues with the check in desk not finding my name in the system. Make sure to ask for the confirmation number so they can find your reservation that way. Fred was polite, but his response time was highly variable. He would respond anywhere from minutes to days. We made the mistake of booking a studio when we wanted a 1bd. Upon realizing our room only had a murphy bed and no privacy of a bedroom, we reached out to Fred on the booking site he still had a 1br available at the same location. We asked to rent that room from and be willing to pay the difference. He responded after 2 days that the resort was full, but he had a room that was booked that no one was using.

It was super nice! The front living room was super cozy with a fireplace. The place was really clean and had pool towels plus bath towels. The check in was extremely easy! I loved the place and the price!! Will definitely stay again

Very clean and very comfortable. A very nice community of vacation spaces. We wanted a quiet and calm vacation and we got it. Happy.
