This apartment is in a perfect location. It was four minutes walk from the station. I loved that everything had a bright and neutral palette in the apartment. The view was amazing. Clean sheets and towels were provided also. However there were two issues. The shower drained very slowly my whole stay. On the last night, it actually didn’t drain at all. I woke up the next morning to still see water and soap scum in the shower. I had informed the keyholder about this prior, but I was told this would happen if you have lots of showers??….I asked them if they could provide me a plunger and I can unclog it myself and I was told it would only be fixed once I leave. When I dropped off the keys, I informed them that the water has still not gone down the shower drain. They apologised and appeared to react to my feedback there and then. Which is good for whoever stays there next but not for me. The other minor issue was the fridge seal falling every time I opened it.

There was no water in the flat during our stay. The host was ignoring the issue and showed 0 interest to fix the situation.

beautiful airbnb in a beautiful location. but host was not helpful or responsive so wasn’t good when we had an issue.
