Interior: The villa has three floors. The main door leads into the ground floor entrance hall with guest bathroom and cloakroom. The hall leads, down a few steps, to the open-plan living room, with TV and fireplace, and dining room, connected to the outdoor living area via a French window. At the end of the living room, a few steps lead up to the built-in kitchen, with pantry, which leads directly out, via a French window, to the external dining area. The kitchen is also accessible from the entrance hall. The spiral staircase in the entrance leads up to the first floor with double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub and another double bedroom with terrace and ensuite bathroom with shower. The spiral staircase continues up to the second floor, with one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds for children up to 4 years of age, one bathroom accessible from both bedrooms via double doors.
