We propose you to rent, in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, this charming house renovated in 2023 at 100 meters from the beach, with a surface of 100 m² and which can welcome up to 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m² (with wood stove), a fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the first floor: - A living room of 30 m² with TV, Wifi, wood stove (wood not provided), sofa, armchairs and dining area. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Separate toilet. On the 1st floor : - Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190). - A mezzanine and bathroom with shower and bathtub, double sinks and washing machine. On the 2nd floor under the attic : - Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190); TV - A game room. At disposal if needed : barbecue, washing machine, plancha. Outside : - A terrace of about 7 m² accessible from the living room with furniture. - A courtyard of about 10 m² overlooking the kitchen with garden furniture (table, chair, barbecue). The house is ideally located in the historical center of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant and dynamic environment within the Mielles district, bordering the large beach. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - The beach and "le point plage" (structure which proposes all the aquatic sports activities: paddle, surfing, J80, catamaran courses and supervised sea outings) are very close. The large beach is 2 km long, perfectly adapted for walks, jogging and family outings. - In the vicinity, an unavoidable step not to be missed on the Emerald Coast: Cape Fréhel, to the west, an impressive site classified as an ornithological reserve, whose cliffs dominate the sea by 70 meters. - Not far from there, take the time to stop at the castle of Fort la Latte, built in the 14th century on a rocky cape, which majestically overlooks the Channel Sea. - Formerly a corsair city, the fortified city of Saint-Malo is built on a rock. With its magnificent ramparts, it offers a magnificent panorama on the sea and the Channel Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and Sark. If the tour of the ramparts is a must, the city of Robert Surcouf and Jacques Cartier is not to be outdone either, with its picturesque cobblestone streets, its rich shipowners' houses and its castle, whose dungeon houses the Museum of History of the City and Country of Malawi.
