This is a true Italian Villa-it is the former custom built home of an Italian contessa! Our one bedroom/one bath guest suite has everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay; your home away from home. Experience country living with the convenience of town just minutes away! The private unit is located on the ground floor of our home. It hs been carefully and thoughfully designed to make the best possible use of this cozy space. The bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet. There is a large picture window facing the monkey pod forest and allows for lots of airflow into the room. The windows have room darkening curtains. Extra pillows are provided for your comfort. A smart flat screen television has been added so you can come back from a long day of adventuring and relax while watching your favorite Netflix shows while laying in bed! The bathroom has also has a large window with lots of ventilation. It has a full size bathtub and shower, extra large custom vanity and mirror. The linen closet is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, extra towels, beach towels, first aid kit and cotton swabs. There is also a private patio with dining table with garden views. Our home is situated right above Kailua Kona town at a cooler/comfortable elevation of approximately 900 feet, therefore we have no air conditioning. However, every room has a ceiling fan. Please let us know if you need any baby items during your stay. We will be happy to provide a Pack N Play, high chair and other baby items per request. We have beach gear including towels, snorkels, masks, chairs, coolers, body boards and umbrellas available free of charge for use during your stay.
