We will not be here during your stay and you will have this main level unit 100% to yourselves with privacy. We have decided to travel more and rent our home out while we are away. We will secure or lock our closets that hold most of our personal belongings to help depersonalize the space for your comfort. It is also reasonable to expect that cupboards and fridge will be filled as a normal lived in home. You are welcome to use anything in the home that is not locked away. We also have invested more into the comfort of the furniture and beds since this our home. The house is setup like a duplex with the main level being the main unit and accessible through the front door of the house and the basement being the second unit and accessible from the back of the house. The kitchen door from upstairs locks so that you can be comforted knowing that you will be the only ones to have access to the main unit of the house. The lower level is also a rental unit in which the tenants only access through their own separate entrance from the back of the house. If you choose to rent this home, you will be renting the main unit/main level of the home and you will NOT be sharing any spaces of the home. Rest assured, you will have your own private entrance.
