Sean was a great host. His responses were fast whenever we contacted him. His wife even ordered our group ponchos for the rain that was expected at the Derby that weekend. The neighbors even took time out of their day to speak to us and welcome us to the neighborhood. 10/10. I’d definitely recommend this location for anyone out there looking!

Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. He was willing to let us check in early. He left us a bottle of his favorite bourbon (delicious!) and his daughter even baked us cookies and left them for us! House was perfect and large, would recommend to anyone going to the derby or even just hanging out in Louisville!
