Guy was great! Very responsive, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family to stay in. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze! I would love to book this place again.

Perfect for our family reunion. House was nice and welcoming plus Guy was always responsive if there was anything we needed. He checked on us and made sure we were doing OK. Loved the game room also. There currently are other houses being built in the addition but the construction did not bother us. I would happily stay there again.

The place was simply beautiful, clean, and easy to get to. The high ceilings made it even more expansive than expected. We really appreciated the cleanliness and well-equipped kitchen.

I will say the stay at Guy's place was great. Check-in was easy and simple. The rooms were cleaned and prepped for us. Nice sized master bedrooms. Only the masters have the bathrooms connected. The 3rd bathroom is in the hall away from the upstairs bedroom. The children room and bunk bed is much smaller than pictured. Garage is usable, but there is no remote to it. Upon our arrival, the only issue I could find with the place is that the microwave and refrigerator were not cleaned properly. The microwave had crumbs leftover in it and the refrigerator's ice chest was dirty. The host's cleaning service must've forgotten or Thought of it as no issue. Also, I must state that this home is the first of many being built in the neighborhood. So while you may be sleeping in on vacations, the construction company being the home next to this place will start work around 7-8 AM even on the weekend. Other than that, the home was great. Responsive host, two thermostats in the home are clutch.
