Clean place, sunlight and cozy. Phat is friendly and kind to answer any doubts or questions about Albany. Also, the place has a large air-filter which is great for a stay. I would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a pass-through in Albany

I started to mentally write this review the moment Phat descended the steps of his home to greet me in person. What a wonderful person! He showed me around the ground floor of this renovated 19th/century townhome and was warm and welcome. Not only do I only want to stay here again in future Airbnb visits, but I want everyone to stay here. The accommodations are gorgeous and elegant with a combination of great design and small personal touches everywhere. This is a great fit if you need to grade and write (as I did); make a meal (which I also did in the great kitchen); and just enjoy this neighborhood near the governor’s mansion.

This is my second 5 star review for Phat and Karley. I visit Albany frequently for work and theirs has become my go-to place to stay. It's stylish, clean, and comfortable with many personal touches. A must stay in Albany!

Phat and Karley’s place is beautiful! It’s a really lovely place, decorated with art from talented friends, with a nice view out the back deck. I wish I’d had more time to hang out. They are also super friendly and accommodating. Phat was very helpful in offering recommendations for restaurants, attractions aligned with my interests, and the most convenient way to get to my conference center. I also got to meet their kitties, Scout and Georgie. Georgie enjoys drinks from the bathroom sink.
