Perfect location! Surrounded by a vibrant neighborhood with good restaurants and convenient stores all around. The apartment is tiny but cozy, with a very well-equiped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. The terrace is the best feature of the apartment, we enjoyed the unique view of the bay ♥️ Tatiana was always responsive and helpful with everything we needed and made our stay very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was just as pictured, and the terrace overlooking the ocean was even bigger than expected. Great location, very walkable to restaurants and shops. Tatiana was very responsive and provided a guide to the city for everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Spectacular view, unbeatable location. Charming apartment that is perfectly outfitted and very comfortable. Enjoyed coffee on the terrace, sightseeing and exploring during the day, followed by wine on, yes, the terrace! Will come back!!!

It is a beautiful unique flat with one of the only private terraces overlooking the sea two minutes from the old town of Split. It is exactly like the photos or even better. The place was clean and amazingly quiet considering that it is so close to all the nightlife. The terrace and view were stunning! There was a bit of a mess-up on getting into the place but Tatiana responded quickly and solved it. We also had a bit of troublle with the wifi which she tried to quickly fix. She was also helpful with all my questions. We were three adults and although there is a sofabed, I wouldn’t recommend using it. It isn’t very comfortable. The place is perfect for a couple. I would love to come back someday with my partner for a romantic weekend. All together we loved our stay here and highly recommend it.
